Project Intuition is a hockey-decision training tool for players and coaches. This policy covers the projectintuition.ai website and the Project Intuition app for iPhone and iPad, and explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we keep the data small.
What we collect
You can play the first two training modules with no account at all — in that mode we hold nothing about you on our servers. When you create an account or use the full app, we collect:
Account details — your email address, a password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text), and the username you choose. Coaches also get a coach flag on their account.
Training progress — which modules you've played and your per-rep results (decision speed and accuracy), used to save your progress across devices and build your personal profile.
Optional profile details — display information you choose to add, like your position and brain-type quiz answers.
Coach and team data — for coaches: drills you author and the teams and rosters you manage. For players: the team you've joined, if any.
Feedback — anything you send us through the in-app feedback channel.
How payments work
Subscriptions are purchased and managed on our website, and payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that. The iPhone and iPad app collects no payment information of any kind.
Analytics and tracking
We want to be precise here:
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand general, aggregate usage (for example, how many people start a drill). This is standard first-party web analytics.
The iPhone and iPad app does not include Google Analytics or any third-party analytics or advertising SDK. It does not track you across other apps or websites, and it does not ask for tracking permission because it does no tracking.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not show ads or share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Where your data lives
Account and training data is stored with our hosting and database provider, Supabase, and served over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to (see below).
Children
Project Intuition is a general-audience app that many young hockey players use. It is not directed at children under 13 as a Kids Category app, and it contains no ads, no third-party tracking, and no public social features. We recommend that accounts for players under 13 be created and managed with a parent, guardian, or coach involved. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information without that involvement, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Access or correct your information from your account, or by contacting us.
Delete your account and data — email us and we will remove it.
Opt out of web analytics by using your browser's tracking-protection or a Google Analytics opt-out; the app has no analytics to opt out of.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you in the product.
